All our packaging is fully recyclable, we use paper padded envelopes or cardboard boxes for our external packaging.
The exception to this is when a manufacturer has pre-packaged a product and we've not been part of the packaging process
PROCESSING
We aim to have our packages processed and in the process of being shipped to you within 2 business days.
SHIPPING PROVIDER
We ship using Royal Mail Tracked 48hr for the UK and a combination of DHL, Fedex or Royal Mail International Tracked for the EU/ROW.
For our EU customers we ship DDP, this means that we (NOESC) are responsible for paying the taxes and customs charges for the product. We are still working out the best method of EU shipment since Brexit, but please be assured we are trying to make it as smooth as possible for all, if you have any issues or concerns please reach out support@noesc.co.uk.
